MARKSHEET & DEGREE CERTIFICATE

Have you figured out what motivates you to succeed?

It’s not only me but I know everyone can relate to this. Raise your hand if ever your father told you that he will get you a bicycle if you came first in the class. Or he will buy you a video game if you scored well in the exam. Well, you can call it a bribe or a motivator, but whatever it is it definitely helped us put extra effort into our exam and helped us score a bit more. And some students want to prove their worth and intelligence. Doesn’t matter if they get any reward from their parents or not, they study hard to get first in class. There can be various reasons why one works hard to reach their goal. And here, let’s see what the motivating factors are and how you can find your motivators.

We know gifts, monetary compensation, stuff, etc. can be the first and primary motivating factors for any person. In the school cycle and video games were the first motivators. TN government bearing the expense of government school children getting into IIT/IIM, Joining bonuses, yearly bonuses, holiday packages, and such benefits in a company are a few more examples of motivators. At every stage in our life, we are given rewards for things we accomplish. These rewards are on and above the regular compensation for the hard work that we put in for any work. Employees receive these rewards above their salary, actors receive trophies above their acting fees, scientists receive medals and prizes above their salary and sportsmen and defence personnel receive medals and recognitions over their regular compensations. Monetary compensation, gifts, prizes, recognition, appraisals, promotions, etc. are all external factors that motivate us to work harder and excel in our field.

Now imagine a student graduating from GTU who dreams of working at Google. He will work hard to get good marks. He will apply for his GTU transcript to be submitted to the best universities in the USA in the hope to get into Google. He is motivated by just a dream of working in such a big company. Then there is a student who applied for a transcript certificate just because one of his classmates is going abroad for studies and he wants to compete with him. Similarly, there are many internal factors like hunger for success, competition, cooperation, challenges, curiosity, etc. that motivates an individual to perform even better. If Newton wasn’t curious as to why the apple fell from above, he might not have worked on gravity.

Just like Newton, you also need to find what motivates you. Just pause for a moment and think about what you want. You want money, fame, knowledge, recognition, appreciation or whatever it is. Get into a profession where you get the reward that motivates you. If appreciation is what you crave, go for dance, arts, paintings, etc. If money motivates you to get into big businesses. In this small world, not you have the opportunity to work across the globe. And if you need to work abroad, just shoot us a message and we will get your GTU transcript or transcript certificate for your Arts, engineering, the management or any course from any university. So be motivated!
