We can multitask but I only and highly recommend that you multitask only if it’s very important. Because it’s not good to do all the time. It will not be good in the long run. And if there is a lot of work, you can allow others to help you.

1. Track your tasks as you do them

One thing that will help you to keep things going well, even when you multitask is keeping track of your tasks. You will need to write them down and do them one by one and when you multitask, you should know which one you are doing. This will help you to keep in your mind where are you. And what to do next is important because otherwise you would be lost. That would be one of the things that might hurt your progress and make you not do well. It’s very important to keep track of all the tasks you do. Because you will be able to navigate as you multitask. It gets tense when you do more than one task at the same time. And sometimes we lose track and don’t know what to do next.

2. Short break between tasks

When you finish multitasking, a couple of tasks or more. Don’t forget to take a break. You will need to keep your energy high all the time. Otherwise, you will burn out and that won’t be good for your progress. Maybe your health too. Therefore, we must take a break between tasks when we multitask. The time of the break depends on how much did you spend time on the tasks. If you did a lot, you can take a break up to 15 minutes. And if you spend more time and effort. You can increase the time of the break. Because you need enough time to make your body rest.

3. Keep yourself hydrated while working

This is very important to do it while working and that’s to drink a lot of water. You will need to keep yourself hydrated all the time, even when multitasking. Try to use the cup idea where you drink cups of water. And you can calculate how many cups to drink. It’s important for our health that we keep ourselves hydrated. Especially when working on a laptop or PC. Spending a lot of time working can make us dehydrated. And we don’t need that for our health. So, always keep yourself hydrated.
