How to Let Your Skin Breathe During Confinement

For more than 20 days now, most of us have been confined. If for some it is a real ordeal, for others it is an opportunity to take a break, especially with regard to the beauty routine.

And for good reason, you no longer need to put on make-up to go to the office and it’s not the rare, authorized outings that make you want to look beautiful.

What if we took advantage of the confinement to let our skin breathe?

The effects of confinement on the skin

As you know, our state of mind and our way of life have a direct impact on the health of our skin.

Confinement can be a source of stress and during this period, diet can be neglected.

So many factors can lead to skin problems such as excess sebum, the appearance of imperfections, or even itching.

A break for your skin

In normal times, whether you like it or not, your skin is put to the test. Even if you don’t wear makeup, she is exposed to pollution and external aggressions.

The fact of no longer wearing make-up and restricting your outings limits exposure to what weakens your skin.
