Solution 1. Download the new release of QuickBooks Desktop

  1. Close all QuickBooks files if open and then exit QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Select the Start menu and right-click the QuickBooks Desktop icon to select the Run as administrator option.
  3. When you see the No Company Open screen, select the Help menu and click Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  4. Choose the Options menu, click the Mark All button, and then the Save button.
  5. Next, choose the Update Now tab and tick the Reset Update checkbox.
  6. When you are ready to download the update, click the Get Updates button.
  7. When the download completes, open QuickBooks and install the update.

Solution 2. Download QB Tool Hub on the server computer and run Quick Fix my Program
