How to keep the Intesa Sanpaolo student loan?

However, you must be careful not to lose it, otherwise, there is trouble!

Here is what we dare to respect so that the loan “on merit” continues to be disbursed, or rather to receive the installments following the first:

  • pay university fees regularly;
  • (only for Bachelor’s Degrees ) to achieve at least 80% of the exams (or 20 CFU) scheduled in the previous academic semester.

If these requirements are incompatible with your course of study, Intesa Sanpaolo will adopt alternative verification criteria, aligning them with those provided by the university.

How to apply for the Intesa Sanpaolo loan of honor?

The loan for university students abroad provided by Intesa Sanpaolo is very simple to obtain.

First of all, you have to:

  1. Verify that you meet all the requirements requested by the Bank.

  3. Wait for the letter of admission …

If the university accepts your application, then you can apply online to get “for merit”.

Here’s how to proceed:

  1. Click on the Activate by Merit button;
  2. enter your personal data in the registration form;
  3. now click on the button at the top right under Customer Access;
  4. use the password that you will receive via email and the userID that appears at the end of the registration to connect to the personal area of ​​the site;
  5. change the password as required;
  6. confirm your personal details and select the appropriate items in the Conventions and Universities section: under the Type of institution you will have to select a foreign university, then you will select the university, the seat, and the degree class.
  7. Indicate, in the Self-certification subsection, if you are regularly enrolled/enrolled at the indicated university or if you will proceed to formalize the enrollment within 15 days from the loan request;
  8. at this point you must define the conditions of the loan, choosing the solution that best suits your needs;
  9. enter the latest details in the Loan data – Loan request section;
  10. indicate the branch where you want to go to subscribe “by merit”;
  11. Click on Confirm;
  12. wait for the welcome email and monitor the status of your access request.

In case of acceptance, you have three months to go to the branch and activate “per Merito”, making an appointment and bringing your identity documents with you (or the certificate of residence if you come from another country but reside in Italy).
