  1. Sign in to your Payroll Service Account and go to the Employees menu.
  2. Select My Payroll Services > Accounting/Billing Information and enter your login details.
  3. In the Payroll Details section, check your EIN and company name.

Solution 2 – Reinstall QuickBooks Using the Windows Safe Mode

  1. Open the Run window and search for the Control Panel in the search box.
  2. Type msconfig and hit Enter. Find the Load System Services and Selective Startup options from the General tab and select them.

  2. On the View tab, click Hidden Files and Folders and hit Apply.
  3. Search for paysub.ini in the My Computer search bar and click on the file.
  4. Select Rename and add .OLD at the end of the file name.
  5. Save the changes made and do this for all the PaySub files.
