- To print W2, you need a specific type of paper which is a perforated paper that you can order directly from Intuit.
- Once you have ordered and received your W2 kit, manage the print preferences to print the W2 form.
- Go to your QuickBooks Online account and move to the settings.
- Next, open the payroll settings and click the Edit option.
